MINIMAL CHANGES

No changes to elected officers, their powers and responsibility, who is eligible to vote, or what may be placed in a public referendum are required by Tribunocracy.

With Tribunocracy all the people who are entitled to vote, will be entitled to have their names placed in a Selection Lottery for any of the Tribunal Conventions they are willing to serve on if selected. A schedule of upcoming Tribunal Conventions listing: officers to be elected, referendum, time, and place will be posted in advance of the registration process. A public Tribunal Lottery will select by a random processpublically witnessed (as is used for state lotteries)Tribunes and alternates from the citizens registered as willing to serve.
